ZPL Energy Inc is a group of companies structured
to support Oil and Gas Exploration and Production. ZPL Energy
is foremost an Oil & Gas Field Production Management Company.
Our primary operational objective is to acquire blocks of our
own and/or form joint ventures with block owners and assume complete
production management of those fields while providing value for
everyone involved including local communities and governments.
We have carefully selected the companies that comprise ZPL’s
internal structure and they are charged with providing a host
of leading products and services to ZPL Energy on a priority
basis to meet ZPL Energy's operating objectives. Each company
head has the autonomy to manage their own affairs including supplying
state-of the-art products and services outside the corporate
ZPL structure while maintaining a central focus and priority
logistical provision for the parent company's operations. |

We will be performing
seismic analysis, drilling, completions, production and reservoir
management for all ZPL owned and joint venture assets. The planned
completions will include "real time" monitoring and
data transmission for the production teams.
ZPL Energy is also well positioned to assume contract E&P
management and operations for other fields including marginal
assets. ZPL is prepared to provide the technology required to
increase production rates with conventional workover methods,
thru tubing coil tubing intervention, and wireline workover operations.
Through our group of ZPL Energy Companies, Strategic Partners
and Joint Ventures we are able to offer a complete array of oilfield
management and consulting expertise.
Our management structure maintains a strong vertical integration,
allowing us to effectively and aggressively pursue our primary

| We are well positioned to serve Nigerian Oil & Gas
field owners with offices located in Port Harcourt, Lagos and
Houston. Assets include priority drilling rig access, transportation
equipment and secure storage facilities in the region. |
| ZPL Energy Operations |
We are currently expanding our E&P Operations
in Nigeria with a forward focus on establishing E&P Operations
in Equatorial Guinea and Iraq. ZPL is participating in a joint
venture to bid on upcoming blocks and if successful, will become
the operator for the joint venture group.
We are also engaging in conversation with companies in Equatorial
Guinea, Iraq and Asia Pacific. |
